Stressed Out Because of Exams? Five Tips to Cope

Exams can be overwhelming, but don't let the stress get to you! Here are some kickass tips to help you conquer exam stress:

1. Crush it early: Start studying well in advance. This way, you'll have plenty of time to prep and won't have to cram at the last minute like a noob!

2. Set goals: Break down the materials into bite-sized chunks and set achievable goals for yourself. This way, you'll be able to track your progress and feel like a champion.

3. Take breaks: Taking short breaks during study sessions is essential for keeping your cool! Use them to do something fun like jamming to your favourite tunes, listening to music on MoodyTunes or spending time with friends.

4. Stay fit: Taking care of your health is crucial for smashing your exams! Eat healthy, get plenty of sleep, and exercise regularly to keep your mind and body in top shape.

5. Ask for Help: If you're struggling, don't be afraid to ask for help from a trusted friend, family member or counsellor. Remember, asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
