Six Tips for If It's Hard to Sleep

Having trouble hitting the hay? Not getting enough sleep can be frustrating, especially when you're dealing with the stress of school, uni, social life, or other responsibilities. But don't worry, we've got some killer tips to help you catch some serious Zs and wake up feeling like a rockstar.

1. First off, keep it consistent! Set a routine and stick to it. That means going to bed and waking up at the same time every day, no matter what, even on the weekends. Your body will thank you!

2. Next up, ditch the screens! That's right, say goodbye to those electronic devices at least an hour before bed. Blue light messes with your body's natural sleep rhythm, and we don't want it getting in the way of a good night's rest!

3. Create a relaxing vibe. Make your bedroom your sanctuary - cool, dark and quiet. A chill atmosphere will help you feel relaxed and ready for some quality snooze time.

4. Last but not least, avoid caffeine and sugar before bed. These can both keep you awake and make it harder to fall asleep!

5. Try to get some exercise in during the day. Physical activity can really help you get to sleep at night! Just make sure not to do anything too strenuous too close to bedtime.

5. Don't stress! If you're having trouble falling asleep, try not to stress about it. Just get up and do something relaxing until you feel tired again.

Follow these tips, catch those Zs and wake up feeling like a total boss. If you keep struggling talk to your doctor for further advice!
