Should I Talk To Someone About How I Feel?

Message_Tile_6.jpg

If you're noticing that you're experiencing more anxiety, irritability, or low mood than usual, it's important to know that you're not alone! Many people experience these feelings at different times in their lives, and it's okay to ask for help.

One option is to seek professional help, such as talking to a psychologist or school counsellor. They can provide a safe and confidential space for you to talk about your feelings and work through any challenges you may be facing. They can also offer helpful strategies and tools to manage your emotions and improve your overall wellbeing.

Another option is to call a telephone helpline. There are many helplines available that provide support and resources! These helplines are typically staffed by trained volunteers who can listen to you, provide emotional support, and connect you with additional resources if you need them. You can find links to these kinds of helplines by clicking the 'care emoji'              in the MoodyTunes app which you can find at the top right hand corner of the home page.

It takes courage to reach out for support, but doing so can be incredibly helpful and can lead to you feeling better and improving your mood!
