How Does MoodyTunes Help?

Most people say that one of the main reasons they listen to music is to change their moods or emotions. It's so powerful that film-makers, marketing companies and businesses use music to try to get us to behave in particular ways every day.​

But sometimes we get into the habit of always pulling out the same old songs without really thinking about how they affect us. Sometimes the songs we listen to can even make us feel worse without realising it.

 

MoodyTunes helps you track the effect particular songs have on you in real time, to increase your awareness about what helps and what doesn't. You tell us how the songs made you feel and when MoodyTunes detects that the song has had a positive effect on your mood it automatically adds it to your Feel Better Music playlist. Then you've always got something to listen to in those moments where your mood needs a boost.

MoodyTunes can also help you learn more about mental health and to track your mood over time so that you can discover other things, situations and people that are helpful or not so helpful.
